The header “Schedule a Tour” link opens our contact page, which has a working form. Use it if you already have questions about care level, availability, or who should come on the visit (siblings, a spouse, a social worker).
What a tour actually includes
Plan on about an hour. You will see private rooms, the common room, dining, the covered patio, and the courtyard. Ask to watch a meal or an activity if one is underway. Bring the questions that matter to your parent: night staffing, how medication is handled, what a typical afternoon looks like, and how families stay in the loop.
If you need to come quickly
Some families are deciding in a week because a hospital discharge or a fall changed the timeline. Tell us that when you call. We will try to get you in quickly and keep the visit practical — not a sales script.
